Little Ocean Club is an educational app designed for children ages 4 and up. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and families.
We do not collect personal information from children. We do not require children or parents to create accounts. We do not display advertisements. We do not use third-party tracking or analytics services. We do not sell, share, or rent any data to third parties.
Little Ocean Club complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. No personal data is requested, stored, or transmitted by the app.
Little Ocean Club offers optional in-app purchases for premium access. All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment or billing information.
App preferences such as reading level and age group are stored locally on the device only. This information never leaves the device and is not accessible to us.
Parents can manage app settings including reading level and age group through the Parent Area within the app, which is protected by a PIN.
